odd amenities

my stay was quite disappointing. The TV remote was so unintuitive, it defintely wasn’t made for actual humans. No facial tissues? Come on! I also expected a room upgrade or even a simple complimentary gesture after these mishaps, but nope. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, sadly. disappointing to say the least.
